Fully Mobile Off-Grid Power and Water Production
Manufactured using military type components and mechanisms, the SPVT is the most powerful 20 foot
mobile solar power producing unit on the market. The SPVT’s power is provided through its unique
integrated top mounted solar array, capable of producing up to 42 kW per day at peak power. Actual power production may vary considerably depending on location, season and weather conditions.
- Additional external power sources can be added including Solar PowerFold (SPF) solar panels or Diesel/Gas
Generators to significantly increase power production for high power application requirements. - All power (internal and additional) is channeled through our integrated power management system,
which controls and regulates power production and to the peripheral products. Our power management
system also includes essential remote GPS diagnostic & reporting systems. - The SPVT is designed to fit within a ISO 20 foot shipping container, commonly used worldwide, allowing
ease of deployment and transportation by sea, road & air. - The SPVT can be deployed, installed & operated by a single person with minimal training. This includes
the opening & tilting mechanisms for the roof top solar array. - The unit is designed to be manually operated, ensuring that in the event repairs or maintenance are
required, they can be undertaken by local personnel. The unit is manufactured and powered by Energia Power Solutions.

Solar Power Production & Battery Storage

Glassless panels are designed for extreme environments and are able to withstand hurricane force winds of over 200 miles per hour
Lead Carbon and LFP Battery options providing from 21 kW up to 175 kW of power storage extending the daily operations of applications
Remote monitoring system with complete GPS, power production and consumption tracking
2 hour battery charging capability with up to 10,000 battery life cycle (depending on battery type)
SPVT Top Mounted Solar Array
Designed to incorporate 6 identical high production 192 cell glassless solar modules
Each solar panel can produce up to 1.15 kW with the complete top mounted solar array producing up to
7 kW, or up to 42 kW per day depending on the location, season and weather.
SPVT Power Management
Critical to the daily operation of any application, be it power for disaster relief or high power applications for the oil and gas industry.
Controls and regulates the power produced by our top-mounted solar array and ancillary power such as from our PowerFold solar arrays or from our diesel generators (SQN).
Protects the applications by ensuring a constant and consistent power supply programmed to the specific requirements of the situation.
Fully integrated Live System Reporting features, including power production, consumption and the real-time warning of any irregularities.
Power options include lead carbon or lithium ferrous phosphate batteries, depending on location and application.

Daily Power Production depends on location, time of year and weather conditions.
To calculate the total hourly power production at specific locations the hourly power production is multiplied by the SI (solar irradiance). Solar irradiance in the US generally varies between 3 – 6 hours per day.
